1. Introduction
DETAILINGMS LLC respects the privacy of individuals using the DETAILINGMS mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, processed, stored, and managed when users interact with the application's everyday utility features.
We aim to provide practical tools while keeping users informed about how their information is handled.
2. How the Application Operates
DETAILINGMS is designed primarily as an offline utility application. Its core features do not require account registration, cloud synchronization, or a continuous internet connection.
The application processes utility-related inputs locally using supported Android capabilities.
3. Information Entered by Users
Users may voluntarily enter information when generating QR codes, creating decision lists, managing habits, saving colors, or organizing documents.
Some of this information may contain personal details depending on what users choose to enter.
Saved records are maintained in local application storage for the relevant features.
4. Camera Access
The QR Code Scanner and Barcode Scanner use the device camera to recognize supported codes.
Camera access is requested through Android's permission system when scanning functionality is used.
Camera frames are processed locally for code recognition. The application does not upload camera frames to developer-operated servers.
Decoded results are saved to scan history only when users choose to save them.
5. Device Sensors and Measurements
The Digital Compass and Bubble Level use available device sensors to calculate direction, orientation, or tilt.
These measurements are processed locally and are not used to track users' geographic movements.
Measurement accuracy depends on device hardware, environmental conditions, and calibration.
6. Images and Document Access
The Color Studio may access images that users explicitly select through Android's system picker.
Selected images are used to sample colors and are not automatically uploaded.
The File Organizer accesses documents selected by users and stores relevant file references, names, labels, categories, and tags.
Removing an organizer entry does not delete the original document.
7. Local Information Storage
DETAILINGMS uses local Android storage technologies to maintain supported user preferences and saved records.
Stored information may include favorites, scanning history, color entries, decision lists, habit progress, focus sessions, and document references.
The application uses Android's application storage protections. However, no electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Information Sharing and External Applications
DETAILINGMS does not automatically transmit locally saved records to developer-operated servers.
Users may choose to share QR images, open external links, export information, or contact support through other applications.
Once information is transferred to another application or service at the user's request, that recipient may process it according to its own privacy practices.
9. Advertising, Analytics, and Internet Connectivity
The current version of DETAILINGMS does not integrate advertising networks, third-party analytics services, or a developer-operated account backend.
Its utility features are designed to function locally without an internet connection.
External applications used for sharing, browsing, or email may have their own connectivity requirements and privacy practices.
10. Data Retention and Deletion
Saved records generally remain on the user's device until they are deleted through the application or Android's device controls.
The application provides a Clear Saved Data option for supported activity records, habits, focus sessions, and document organizer entries.
App preferences can be removed by clearing application storage through Android settings or uninstalling the application.
Previously exported or shared copies must be managed separately in their destination locations.
11. User Choices and Permissions
Users control whether to grant optional camera access.
Camera permissions can be reviewed or revoked through Android device settings.
Images and documents are accessed through user-initiated selection methods.
Users can continue using available tools that do not require the camera when camera permission is denied.
12. Children's Privacy and Policy Changes
DETAILINGMS is a general-purpose utility application and is not specifically directed at children.
We may revise this Privacy Policy when application functionality, information-handling practices, or applicable requirements change.
An updated policy will include a revised effective date and be made available through the appropriate application or publication channels.
